InnoPath Appoints Greg Walker As Chief Financial Officer
Company Prepares for the Next Stage Amidst
Continued Growth
SUNNYVALE, CA - August 14, 2007 - InnoPath, the leader in integrated

that Greg Walker will join the growing Silicon
Valley-based company as its chief financial
officer. Walker will report directly to InnoPath
president and CEO John Fazio and will lead
the company’s finance, legal, human resources,
and IT departments.

Walker most recently served as CFO and vice
president of finance at Magma, a provider of
semiconductor design software, where he directed
the company through SOX certification, multiple
acquisitions, debt financings and repurchases,
and equity exchanges.
Prior to working at Magma, Walker served as
CFO of Accrue Software , where he took the company
public and executed four corporate acquisitions.
Walker also served as CFO for Duet Technologies
and Netpower Inc. Previously, he was vice president
of finance for Synopsys and served in various
financial roles at Integrated Device Technology,
IBM and Xerox Corporation. Walker received an
M.B.A. from the University of Rochester in Rochester,
New York and a B.A. in economics and history
from Union College in Schenectady, New York.
