InnoPath Appoints Jeff Pool as Vice President of Sales for the Americas

Brings Wealth of Sales Experience to Region Poised for Strong Growth

SUNNYVALE, CA - January 11, 2007 - InnoPath Software, Inc., an industry leader in Integrated Mobile Device Management (iMDM), today announced the addition of Jeff Pool as Vice President of North America and CALA Sales.  Jeff will report directly to president and CEO John Fazio and will drive sales relationships with InnoPath’s Tier-1 customer base.

Before joining InnoPath, Jeff served in various senior management positions with Wireless Facilities Inc (WFI), including Vice President of US Sales and Business Development.  Jeff was the focal point of WFI’s relationship with Cingular, Siemens and General Dynamics, and significantly increased the WFI US business during his tenure.  Additionally, Jeff held sales and marketing management roles with leading carriers Verizon and Sprint International.  Jeff holds an MBA from Darden Graduate Business School and a BS degree from the University of Virginia.

Innopath was recently recognized by leading research firm IDC as one of ten emerging mobile vendors to watch for 2007.  The company will be demonstrating its complete iMDM server and device suite at the upcoming 3GSM show, including two new capabilities critical to continued data revenue growth, Software and Workflow Management.
