InnoPath Names John Fazio As President And Chief Executive Officer

Industry Veteran to Lead Company Growth and Worldwide Strategy

SAN JOSE, Calif. — September 26, 2005 — InnoPath Software, Inc., the industry leader in over-the-air (OTA) mobile device management, today announced that John Fazio has joined the company as president and chief executive officer. A distinguished industry veteran with more than 20 years of technology and telecommunications leadership experience, Fazio will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the company and will succeed Dr. Luosheng Peng, co-founder and CEO, who will remain as chief technology officer and chairman.

Throughout his career, Fazio has established a strong track record of successfully developing and leading companies in various phases of their business lifecycles. Prior to joining InnoPath, he was president and CEO of Venturi Wireless, which enables wireless carriers to deliver a faster Internet experience to end-users while maximizing bandwidth capacity. Fazio was also president and CEO of Shoreline Communications, a leading provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions. Previously, he served as president and general manager of Octel Communications’ PC Products division, the industry leader in open-platform voice messaging solutions, and also held key management positions at Digital Equipment and AT&T Information Systems.
