InnoPath Signs Global Agreement with Toshiba for OTA Device Management

DeltaUpgrade Plus to Provide Fast and Efficient Updates and a Better User Experience to Toshiba's Handset Customers

San Jose, CA - July 12, 2005 - InnoPath Software, Inc. (formerly DoOnGo Technologies), the industry leader in over-the-air (OTA) mobile device management, today announced that Toshiba Corporation, a leader in high-technology products, will deploy DeltaUpgrade Plus InnoPath's firmware over-the-air (FOTA) update solution for device management to manage and send firmware updates to Toshiba's mobile handsets. InnoPath and Toshiba have signed a global agreement which will provide Toshiba with the firmware update solution it needs to securely manage on-device firmware over-the-air, thereby enabling the cost-effective delivery of mobile handsets with the most advanced features and functionalities to end-users.
