SAN JOSE, Calif.—July 6, 2005 — InnoPath Software, Inc. (formerly DoOnGo Technologies), the industry leader in over-the-air (OTA) mobile device management, and Acrodea, Inc., the developer of the first dynamic multimedia User Interface (UI) engine, today announced that they have signed a license agreement to deliver a UI platform solution for wireless operators and handset manufacturers to enable easy OTA updating of UI components and profiles. By providing an integrated UI Platform solution operators and handset manufacturers can increase revenue opportunities, support customer use of advanced data services, reduce warranty and service deployment costs, improve subscriber satisfaction and loyalty, and meet customer demand for faster software updates.

The joint solution comprises of Acrodea’s VIVID UI technology which provides a framework that integrates various media including 2D or 3D graphics, vector graphics, movie, and sound files on a mobile handset and InnoPath’s mobile device management solution which enables OTA distribution of UI components and delivery of new data services. The companies’ collaboration will drive the development of new content business, allowing content providers to distribute content to mobile handsets using a wireless operator’s network.

The two companies will also investigate the possibility of contributing the associated technology to international standardization organizations, while continuing to research and develop solutions to protect and enhance future mobile communication services.
