management, today announced
that Prabir Mohanty has joined
InnoPath's executive management
team as vice president of business
development. Mohanty has over
20 years of experience in business
development, marketing and
technology working with a number
of leading companies in the
wireless and consumer electronics
markets.
Mohanty's extensive technology
marketing experience was largely
cultivated in the Silicon Valley,
where he held senior marketing
management positions at Intel,
Philips Semiconductor, Samsung
Semiconductor and Toshiba. More
recently, Mohanty served as COO
and CTO at Netyear. There, he
spearheaded Netyear's foray into
the wireless space and worked
with Sony Corporate on strategy
and execution for its $500 million
wireless broadband rollout. Prior
to joining InnoPath, Mohanty
was executive director of business
development at Samsung Electronics,
driving creation of differentiated
and convergent products and establishing
technology relationships with
200+ technology companies as
well as 70 top-tier venture capital
firms.
