Prior to Magma, he served as

for Accrue Software, a leading
provider of customer relationship
management products. He also
served as CFO for Duet Technologies,
as CFO for Netpower Inc., as
vice president of finance at
Synopsys, as treasurer and
director of planning at Integrated
Device Technology, as manager
of corporate general accounting
for IBM's ROLM division, and
as manager of strategic planning
and analysis for Xerox Corporation.
Mr. Walker holds an M.B.A.
from the University of Rochester
in Rochester, New York, and
a B.A. in economics and history
from Union College in Schenectady,

Dr. Tom London has held a variety of distinguished management and lead technical positions with companies such as Concert, AT&T and Bell Laboratories. Most recently, Dr. London was the chief technology officer and founding partner of Aruba Media, Inc.,. Prior to Aruba, he was co-founder of SLA partners, a global consulting firm providing strategic and tactical support to VC firms, startups and communications equipment and service companies. Dr. London was vice president of architecture and strategy for Concert Technologies, where his charter included Internet network and services architecture for the AT&T/BT/Concert Alliance, and standardization of network, application, and provisioning interfaces to protocols needed to support seamless service. Dr. London holds numerous U.S. and global patents and co-authored Networks
in a Flash: Making Broadband
for You, a book that simplifies the installation process of broadband. Dr. London holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and earned graduate and doctorate degrees from Cornell University. |

Hartsfield, Vice

Terry Hartsfield comes to InnoPath with more than 20 years of experience in advancing customer operations and increasing customer and partner satisfaction. Previously, Mr. Hartsfield was vice president of Customer Advocacy for ShoreTel, Inc., an IP PBX voice systems company within the VoIP market. During his time at ShoreTel, he managed new product alpha and beta trails, technical assistance centers, service engineering, educational services, professional services and quality. While at ShoreTel, Mr. Hartsfield garnered world-class customer and reseller satisfaction ratings, raising ShoreTel above its competitors. Prior to ShoreTel, he was vice president of Customer Service at Network Equipment Technologies, Inc. (N.E.T.). He expanded the service organization into a global, profitable business, which supported customers such as AT&T, MCI, WorldCom, French Telecom, British Telecom as well as the U.S. military. Before moving to N.E.T., Mr. Hartsfield played an instrumental role as the vice president of Customer Satisfaction and chief quality officer at NetFRAME, a provider of high-end NetWare and NT servers, where he successfully revamped the company's service organization. He also spent seven years at Sun Microsystems in a series of director-level positions dealing with customer service and support, process management and strategic product launches. Mr. Hartsfield holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Northeastern University. |

Greg Buzzard has held a variety
of management and lead technical
positions at AT&T Labs, HP
Labs, Sun Microsystems and
BEA. Previously, as Director
of Engineering at Sun Microsystems,
and as Technical Director
at BEA Greg has led geographically
and culturally diverse organization
advanced technology explorations
and created technical strategy
assessments. At AT&T Labs,
as Director of Engineering,
and later at Concert Communications,
as Director of Architecture,
Mr. Buzzard led teams to
develop IP services architectures
and develop a distributed
and highly-scalable IP service
platform. Early in his career,
Greg led research projects
developing high-performance
cluster communications hardware
and software at Hewlett-Packard
Laboratories and was Asst.
Professor of Computer Science
at the Naval Postgraduate
School. Greg brings over
20 years of experience to
InnoPath, where his responsibilities
include defining and specifying
products and the innovation
that goes into them. Greg
has Bachelor and Master of
Science degrees in Electrical
Engineering and a doctorate
in Computer Engineering,
all from the University of

Shinichi Sawai brings more than 20 years of expertise managing the growth of global business development for the Japanese telecommunications industry. Before joining InnoPath, Mr.Sawai oversaw the successful growth of global business for NTT Data Corporation, a system integrator group comprised of 100 subsidiaries and affiliates, and contributed to the success of 3G radio system business for Japanese cellular operators at Lucent Technologies, Japan. Mr. Sawai developed his vast knowledge of the Japanese telecommunications industry during his 26 years with Mitsubishi Corporation, where he coordinated International Business Development including more than 10 years overseas posting, and was involved with many new business development initiatives in the IT & Telecommunications industry. Before beginning his tenure at NTT Data Corporation, Mr.Sawai oversaw IT & ITS planning for Toyota Motor Corporation. Mr. Sawai holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, and also studied Business Administration at Munich University, West Germany. |

Uday Nagendran, Vice

Nagendran comes to InnoPath
with more than fifteen years
of software, wireless, networking
and mobile services engineering
development experience. Previously,
Mr. Nagendran was Senior Vice
President, Engineering and
Technology at InfoMove Inc.,
where his responsibility included
strategy, product management,
patents, market development
and launch of services in Europe
and the US with carriers and
service providers. Prior to
InfoMove, Mr. Nagendran was
Vice President of Product Development
at US Wireless where he was
responsible for definition
of technology and product commercialization.
He worked with Hewlett Packard,
Nextel and ATT wireless and
was responsible for system
integration for carrier trials
including AirTouch, Western
Wireless, Nextel and Verizon.
Mr. Nagendran holds a Master
of Science degree from the
University of California and
a Bachelor of Engineering degree
from Bangalore University. |
